Access to Vintage Cellar can be requested directly through our website. Once your request has been
reviewed and approved, you will receive your personal access details by email or WhatsApp.

Is there a membership fee?

Vintage Cellar offers both advisory services and optional membership plans. Our memberships provide enhanced privileges, including priority access to exclusive releases, curated experiences, and additional collector benefits. Can I view and manage my collection through the Vintage Cellar app?

Yes. The Vintage Cellar app provides a consolidated view of your collection, allowing you to access
your wines, quantities, acquisition information and other available cellar details in one place. Your
dedicated wine advisor remains available whenever personal guidance or assistance is required.

Is my personal and collection information confidential?

Yes. Other members cannot access information relating to your account or collection. Personal
information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, with discretion at the heart of every
client relationship.

How does Vintage Cellar ensure the provenance and authenticity of its wines?

Vintage Cellar places provenance at the heart of every acquisition. Wines are sourced directly from
producers and estates, or through carefully selected and trusted fine wine merchants. Where
appropriate, additional certificates of origin or independent expert assessments may be provided to
further document authenticity and provenance.

Can Vintage Cellar source wines that are not currently available on the platform?

Yes. Beyond the wines currently presented on the platform, your dedicated wine advisor can assist
with private sourcing requests for particular producers, vintages or formats through Vintage Cellar’s
international network, subject to availability.

How is my ownership of acquired wines documented?

Your ownership is documented through the records associated with your acquisitions and the
corresponding invoices issued by Vintage Cellar. Your collection can also be viewed through the
Vintage Cellar app, providing a clear and continuously accessible overview of your wines.

What is En Primeur?

En Primeur is the opportunity to acquire certain wines while they are still ageing at the estate, before bottling and general release. It allows collectors to secure selected wines at an early stage, subject to availability and allocation. Vintage Cellar provides access to selected En Primeur releases, with your dedicated wine advisor available to guide you through current opportunities and help identify wines suited to your collection.

Bordeaux is home to some of the world’s most renowned wine estates and has long held an important place in fine wine collecting. Its historic châteaux, classified growths, established release system and ageing potential offer collectors a broad range of styles and opportunities across both established names and emerging discoveries. Your wine advisor can guide you through producers, appellations and vintages according to your tastes and collection objectives.

What makes Burgundy distinctive for collectors?

Burgundy is defined by its exceptional terroirs, highly individual domaines and often extremely limited
production. With small vineyard parcels and significant variation between producers, vintages and individual
climats, Burgundy rewards a particularly thoughtful and informed approach to collecting. Vintage Cellar
provides personalised guidance to help clients navigate its complexity and discover wines aligned with their
preferences and cellar.

Where are my wines stored?

Wines entrusted to Vintage Cellar can be held in specialised bonded storage facilities in Bordeaux, France, in
partnership with Hillebrand, a DHL company, under professional conditions designed to preserve their quality,
provenance and long-term integrity.

How are storage and insurance charged?

Storage and insurance are charged at an all-inclusive annual fee of 1.5% of the total acquisition price of the wines held in storage.

Can I visit my collection?

Yes. Visits may be arranged upon request. Your dedicated wine advisor can assist in organising a private visit
to discover your collection and the conditions in which it is stored.

Can my wines be delivered internationally?

Yes. Vintage Cellar coordinates international delivery through specialised fine wine logistics partners.
Shipments are arranged according to the destination and applicable customs, import and local requirements,
with your wine advisor providing guidance throughout the process.

Can I withdraw or transfer wines from my collection?

Yes. Wines may be withdrawn for delivery or transferred to another suitable storage facility, subject
to applicable logistics, customs and administrative requirements. Your dedicated wine advisor can
coordinate the process on your behalf.

Which payment methods and currencies are accepted?

Vintage Cellar accepts the payment methods and currencies made available at the time of purchase. Your wine advisor can assist with bank transfer instructions and any payment-related request.

Where can I access my invoices and collection documentation?

Invoices and available documentation relating to your acquisitions can be accessed through your
Vintage Cellar app account or provided with the assistance of your dedicated wine advisor.
